Any violation and/or abuse of the affiliate program will result in the immediate and permanent removal from the affiliate program.
If at any time an affiliate would like to leave the program they may do so by emailing the program coordinator and that request must be made in writing.
If an affiliate has not made a sale in three (3) months the program coordinate will reach out to the affiliate to see if they are still interested in the program. If the program coordinator does not hear from the affiliate in question, and/or after an additional three (3) months of no sales persists the affiliate will automatically be unenrolled from the program and affiliates will need to re-apply if they wish to join again.
Being an affiliate means that you will be the face of Fort Troff, and your actions will reflect the values of Fort Troff itself. Fort Troff does not condone violence, bigotry, or disinformation of any kind. While freedom of speech is one of the most sacrosanct pillars of the United State's foundation, there are a variety of exceptions to the general principle that speech is protected under the First Amendment. Categories that are not protected by the First Amendment and not tolerated by Fort Troff are: child pornography, blackmail, defamation, fighting words, incitement of imminent lawless action, national security, obscenity, perjury, plagiarism, solicitations to commit crimes, and true threats. Fort Troff has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, inciting violence, and the spread of disinformation. If you are found in violation of any of the unprotected First Amendment exceptions, hate/bigoted speech, and/or the incitement and spread of disinformation through your social media platforms you will be removed from the affiliate program and banned for life. Fort Troff draws a distinction between debating, and the expression of an opinion. But the spread of blatant and factually untrue statements will be considered as the spread of disinformation.
